We'll email you a link to a page where you can enter a new password. You can use the same password as you've previously used if you wish.
Not Recognising Your Email Address?
When you enter your email address at the recovery page above, if you get a notification to say the email address isn't recognised it's down to only one reason... the email address we have on file isn't matching the one you're typing in.
Either you used a different email address when joining ArtTutor, or you mistyped it when joining (which is very easy to do).
If you have multiple email addresses or old email addresses, you could try one of those. Or if you know your ArtTutor username, you can enter that instead. If neither of these work, you'll need to contact us here.
Recovery Email Not Turning Up?
If you've entered your email address or username successfully but the recovery email doesn't show up, please do the following:
- Wait up to 15 minutes. Sometimes it can get stuck in your email provider's filters while they check it for spam.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail.
