The guide on this page assumes you have received the Accessing Your ArtTutor Purchase email containing the course activation links. You should receive this within a few minutes of completing your order.
If you have NOT received this email, please check your spam folder or the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. If you paid via Paypal, it may have gone to the address associated with your Paypal account. So check that if it's different to your day-to-day email address.
If it's not in your spam folder, or the Promotions tab or Gmail, or your Paypal email address, it is only ever down to one issue... a mistyped email address when ordering. This is easily done and about 5% of our customers do this...

How to Access Your Course(s)
Please follow these 4 steps in order. It's the quickest way to get going and shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes:
Firstly, we need to check you have definitely set up an account at our courses website (and not our membership website).
CLICK HERE and enter the email address you believe you have used to set up an account. Then click "Send Me Instructions". The page should change to the log in screen. Go to STEP 2 in this email.
Important: If you get the message "We couldn't find an account with that email address" please skip to STEP 4 below.
Check your email for a "Reset Password Instructions" email from ArtTutor. Click the green "Change My Password" button in that email. You'll be taken to a page to enter in a new password (it can be the same as what you have used previously). Click "Reset Password". You will be automatically logged in. Go to STEP 3 in this email.
When you sign in you will see a page showing you all the courses you have purchased. It looks like this:
If you see all your courses, great! You can close this guide and you're all set to go.
Any time you want to view your courses in future, just go to https://www.arttutor.com/user/login and sign in
If you do NOT see one or more of your course(s), please go to STEP 4 in this guide.
After you purchased a course, you were sent a Accessing Your ArtTutor Purchase email containing an Activation Link for that course. If the course isn't showing in your account, it's because you haven't clicked that Activation Link.
- Open that email an click the Activation Link (if you purchased more than one course, you'll see more than one Activation Link. Just click the first one for now and come back to the rest in a moment).
- After clicking the Activation link in the email, you'll be taken to a page with a large, green ACTIVATE button. Click on that and if you are still logged in from STEP 3, it will simply add the course to your account and you're good to go!
- If you logged out after STEP 3, after you click the green ACTIVATE button, simply log in again and you'll be all set.
